andrea + clarence (part ii)

Old, new, modern, rustic, east, west… they all met beautifully at this springtime wedding in the city.

The early Saturday morning began in a cosy hillside home in Pokfulam, while Joey (family dog!) curiously watched on as the bridal party got ready for their day ahead. A+C were married in Saint Teresa's Church in Kowloon, before they boarded a vintage, open-top city bus along with their closest friends to be taken through the streets of Kowloon, through the crossharbour tunnel, and over to Hong Kong Island to arrive at Upper House. Dinner that evening was hosted in the nearby Domani, where elegant modern aesthetics were complimented with sweet handmade touches – glass mason jars tied with hemp ribbons, table names of the couple's shared favourite cities, fresh sprigs of rosemary threaded through kraft namecards, personal travel postcards as guest favours, and a wedding cake lovingly homemade by the bride's mother.

Thank you, A+C, for your sense of fun!, and all your support, gratitude, and enthusiasm. I loved being a part in your adventurous day – the start of many more to come! x
